2. Responsibilities

- Maintain proper conduct and respect towards students at all times.
- Follow the curriculum, guidelines, and schedules provided by Noor Spark Quran.

3. Content Ownership
- All teaching materials provided by the teacher for courses on Noor Spark Quran become the intellectual property of the platform.
- Teachers grant Noor Spark Quran the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the content for educational purposes.
- Teachers cannot share, sell, or distribute course content outside the platform without prior written consent.
4. Compensation
- Teachers will be compensated as per the agreed payment terms.
- Payments are subject to completion of teaching sessions and verification by Noor Spark Quran.
- Noor Spark Quran reserves the right to withhold payment in case of violation of terms or provision of substandard services.
5. Code of Conduct
- Teachers must maintain ethical behavior in all interactions.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward students or staff is strictly prohibited.
- Teachers must not promote personal agendas, political views, or commercial products unrelated to the course.
6. Termination
- Noor Spark Quran reserves the right to suspend or terminate a teacher’s access for breach of these Terms & Conditions, misconduct, or non-performance.
- Teachers may terminate their engagement with Noor Spark Quran by providing prior notice in accordance with the platform’s policies.
7. Confidentiality
- Teachers must keep all student information, course details, and internal platform data confidential.
- Unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information may result in termination and legal action.
8. Amendments
- Noor Spark Quran may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Teachers are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued engagement on the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
