The policies for NoorSpark Quran are divided into the following sections:

1. Terms of Service

  • Students and parents agree to comply with all policies and guidelines.
  • NoorSpark Quran reserves the right to update policies at any time; updates will be posted on the website.
  • Enrollment constitutes acceptance of all terms.
  • Services may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated.

2. Fee, Attendance, Leave, and Refund Policy

2.1 Fee & Payment

  • Monthly fees must be paid in advance, during the last week of the month for the next month.
  • Overdue fees exceeding 7 days may result in class suspension.
  • Fees may increase annually (~6–8%).

2.2 Attendance

  • Students must attend classes at assigned times.
  • Frequent or repeated schedule changes are not allowed, except for serious reasons (school, tuition, job).
  • Classes missed without proper 6-hour notice are not eligible for makeup or refund.

2.3 Leave & Excused Absence

  • Excused leave requires at least 6 hours advance notice.
  • If a student misses more than 1 week of excused classes, refunds are calculated for missed classes only.

2.4 Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling must be done via the administration team only, not directly with teachers.
  • Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability.

2.5 Holiday Policy

  • Teachers’ Eid leaves are paid and included in monthly fees.
  • No refunds or makeup classes for holidays.

3. Teacher Terms and Conditions

3.1 Contract-Based Teachers

  • All teachers are hired on contract for a fixed period.
  • Each teacher has assigned fixed class timings.

3.2 Teacher Replacement

  • If a teacher resigns, completes the contract, or is terminated:
    • qualified replacement teacher will be provided.
    • Parents/students cannot force the institute to retain a teacher.

3.3 Direct Communication

  • Students/parents cannot directly contact teachers regarding complaints or schedule issues.
  • All issues must go through administration.

4. Quality Assurance & Student Progress

4.1 Reporting Teacher Issues

  • Report concerns about teaching style, professionalism, or quality immediately to administration.
  • Failing to report issues promptly may result in any resulting loss not being the responsibility of the institute.

4.2 Student Assessment

  • Mandatory tests every 3 months to assess learning.
  • Parent-Teacher-Administration meetings every 6 months to review progress and plan next steps.

4.3 Class Monitoring

  • Classes may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • Recordings are secure and private.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal and payment information is collected only for academic and administrative purposes.
  • Students/parents must not share personal info with teachers.
  • Data is stored securely; the institute is not responsible for misuse due to violation of rules.
  • Updates to privacy policies will be posted on the website.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 Student & Parent Code

  • Attend classes on time.
  • Respect teachers and staff.
  • Follow Islamic etiquette.
  • Inform administration of absences.
  • Comply with fee and scheduling policies.

6.2 Teacher Code

  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality.
  • Follow the approved curriculum.
  • Respect students and parents.
  • Communicate only through official channels.
  • Avoid requesting personal details.
